Our first step is to develop a realistic plan for your product. This includes: quality standards, cost targets, potential risks both from a design and manufacturing perspective, necessary suppliers and any regulatory restrictions or hurdles.  

Next we’ll create formal sketches, 3D imagery and provide color, fabric and trim options.

Once you’ve settled on the visual elements of the design, we produce renderings, sketches and the Tech Pack we’ll use in development. We can also do 3D CAD design for mechanical and other hard components. 

Now the physical work begins. We source the fabric and components, go through multiple rounds of prototyping before signing off on your sample, and vet warehouses and factories. We also assess any production risks and streamline the manufacturing process at this stage.

With the foundation laid, it’s finally time to bring your product to the masses. We’ll monitor production to ensure each item meets customer requirements.
